What to expect:
Day 1 – Luxury Cruising with Wellness
Aboard the Heritage Line Ylang, the first and only luxury floating oasis in Vietnam that’s fully dedicated to wellness, mindfulness and relaxation. In the afternoon you will reach a small lagoon on Cat Ba Island. Hop on bicycles towards Viet Hai Village, a small community situated in the heart of Cat Ba National Park.
Day 2 – Cruising Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island
Enjoy a special Tai Chi session. An art of embracing the mind, body and spirit. Board a tender and visit one of the few remaining authentic floating fishing villages near Ben Beo. If you’re up for more exercise and forest exploration, come ashore and take a leisurely and mindful walk through the lush, jungle-like forest of Cat Ba National Park. In the afternoon enjoy kayaking and swimming and a food carving demonstration afterwards.
Day 3 – Halong Bay – Danang
On your last day aboard Ylang, join another open-air Tai Chi session. After disembarkation, transfer from Tuan Chau Marina to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Danang and upon arrival transfer to InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.
Day 4 – Exploring Ancient Hoi An
Enjoy a cutural waliking tour that takes you the Hoi An’s narrow lanes, hictorical houses, iconic landmarks and public markets that signify major influences and events of an illustrious past. Visit the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge that was first built in the 1590s by the Japanese to link to the Chinese quarter across the stream. Continue walking to the 17th century Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation. Visit the heart of the local way of life by visiting the vibrant Central Market where fresh colourful vegetables and herbs, exotic fruits, fresh-caught fish and a vast array of local delicacies can be found.
Day 5 – Sanctuary for the Body and Soul
InterContinetal Danang Sun Peninsula’s HARNN Heritage Spa focuses on restoring natural balance of the body and mind. Indulge in 2 ½ hours of Asian treatments that combine he finest botanical ingredients and skillful techniques, you will also enjoy the Spa’s signature treatment.
Day 6 – Discovering a Hidden Paradise
After an approximately six-hour scenic ride, you will arrive to the beautiful coastal city of Quy Nhon in Binh Dinh Province. Check in at the Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, an all-villa resort overlooking a private stretch of beach, a full-on wellness sanctuary.
Day 7 – Spiritual Tranquility Programme – Body & Mind Rejuvenation
Begin your morning with a complimentary yoga/tai chi lesson before you explore Quy Nhon and learn about the history and heritage of this quaint fishing village by visiting the significant landmarks such as Banh It Towers, Thien Hung Pagoda and Lang Song Church. Then you will begin the Spiritual Tranquility Programme, a three-day wellness journey that consists of specialized treatments, mindfulness exercises and healthy meal.
Day 8 – Spiritual Tranquility Programme – Inner Peace
Spend the beautiful morning on a boat cruise around the local islets of Quy Nhon. Your guide takes you to the nearest unexplored island for a refreshing time offshore. Enjoy a fun time discovering the coral reefs and the multitude of colourful marine species. Today’s wellness programme is focused on inner peace with a Mindfulness Meditation and Breathing session, along with Mind and Body Balance Ritual and Tibetan Signing Bowl Awakening.
Day 9 – Spiritual Tranquility Programme – Harmony & Balance
Your final wellness session features Yoga and Meditation, Organic Mud Wrap and a Chakra Balancing Massage designed to create a harmonious balance of body, mind, and soul.
Day 10 – Quy Nhon Departure
